Challenges as Creative Prompts

Upon entering a new site, we immediately take stock of the existing assets of the space, its exposure, its ambience, its historical and geographic context.  We have turned the local soils and seen firsthand how the surrounding hills shaped the wind and woods and rocky crags that existed before there were streets and houses. 

We also see the way waves of settlers have brought with them culture and expectation, as well as a sense of style and a definition of home.  We know that you bring all of these unique points of view as well.  The insights of a trained eye form the basis for what is possible and exceptional about your residential or commercial project.  What can your site do with more grace than any other?  How do we build upon strengths and conversely, treat each challenge as a creative prompt?
